Will Ferrell's Long-Lost Christmas Movie Finally Coming to Theaters
Garner, Hauser Set to Star
Over $75M Disappeared
With the Christmas season upon us, fans of Will Ferrell may remember a project that was announced back in 2019. The film, titled "The Bad Santa," was set to star Ferrell as a mall Santa who uses his position to embezzle money from the store. The film was put on hold due to scheduling conflicts, but it has now been announced that the film is finally set to be released in theaters this Christmas.
Jennifer Garner and Paul Walter Hauser have been cast in the lead roles of Sandy and Kay Jenkins, a seemingly upstanding middle class couple who achieve the American dream when Sandy uses his job as an accountant to embezzle nearly $75 million from his employer. The couple's lavish lifestyle, fueled by their ill-gotten gains, comes crashing down when they are caught and charged with multiple felonies.
