ROHM Semiconductor today announced the release of the TLR377GYZ, the smallest rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier (op amp) in the industry. With its ultra-compact size and low power consumption, the TLR377GYZ is ideal for use in smartphones, IoT devices, and other space-constrained applications. The TLR377GYZ features an operating voltage range of 18V to 5V and a quiescent current of just 0.9µA. It also has a high slew rate of 0.8V/µs and a gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 1MHz. The TLR377GYZ is available in a tiny WSON4 package that measures just 1.2mm x 1.0mm. This makes it the smallest rail-to-rail CMOS op amp on the market. "The TLR377GYZ is a significant breakthrough in op amp design," said Kenichi Yuasa, General Manager of ROHM's Analog Power Business Unit. "Its ultra-compact size and low power consumption make it ideal for use in a wide range of applications, including smartphones, IoT devices, and other space-constrained devices." The TLR377GYZ is now available for purchase. For more information, please visit the ROHM website.
